Terms & Conditions Document 

The promoter of this Competition is Apache Pizza, Balbriggan Business Park, 11, Harry Reynolds Rd, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin (the “Promoter”). 

Terms & Conditions 

1. To be eligible to enter the competition each entrant must: 
   1. a. be over 18 years of age. 
   2. b. be a resident of the Republic of Ireland. 
2. The competition opens on the 5th of September 2022.
3. Only 3 winners will be selected on September 20th, 2022.
4. Directors, officers, employees, contractors, or agents of Apache Pizza Ltd. and its subsidiaries,  affiliates, or advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to participate. 
5. The overall prize available for this competition includes a €50 purchase credit per winner,  from Apache Pizza.
6. The value of this cheque/prize will be placed as a credit on an account under the successful customer’s name at the Apache Pizza from which the successful customer ordered on. The customer must notify Apache Pizza of which store they will be ordering from in order to accommodate.
7. The full pizza cheque/prize amount must be redeemed by 12th January 2023.
8. The prize is only redeemable in Apache Pizza stores within.
9. All prizes are non-transferable. No alternative prize or cash prize will be offered.
10. The winners of the competition will be notified by Apache Pizza. Winners will be asked to provide their full name, email address, postal address, and phone number. This additional information will be used by Apache Pizza solely for the purpose of administering the competition prize. 
11. If any winner fails to reply with valid details within one week of the initial communication, the prize will be rescinded and attributed to another winner, at the discretion of Apache Pizza.
