St Patrick's Day Competition Terms & Conditions 2023

Apache Pizza – Win a night away of your choice in the
Glendalough Glamping pods.

We are going to give away 1 night of your choice to the
Glendalough glamping pods for two people. To enter, you will
need to finish the sentence in the caption of our post on
Instagram. Our system will then pick the winner from the opt-in
entries and the winner will be contacted on Monday the 20th of
March 2023.

Night away in Glendalough:
The promoter of this Competition is Apache Pizza, Balbriggan
Business Park, 11, Harry Reynolds Rd, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin
(the “Promoter”).
About Apache Pizza – Night away in Glendalough 2023
Competition
Each person (having complied with the conditions below) who
completes all required steps between 15th - 19th March 2023
and opts-in to the Night away in Glendalough competition on
@apachepizzaireland will be entered into a draw for an
opportunity to win a night away in Glendalough glamping
pods in the Wicklow mountains.
Terms & Conditions
1. To be eligible to enter the competition each entrant
must:
a. be over 18 years of age.
b. be a resident of the island of Ireland.

2. The competition opens on Friday the 15th of March 2023
3. The closing date for the competition is Sunday the 19th of
March 2023.
4. Directors, officers, employees, contractors or agents of
Apache Pizza Ltd. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, or
advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to

participate.
5. The prize winner will be selected at random by Apache
Pizza from valid entries received and their decision is final.
6. The winners of the competition will be notified by Apache
Pizza via email on the 20th of March 2023. Winners will be
asked to provide their full name, postal address and phone
number. This additional information will be used by Apache
Pizza solely for the purpose of administering the competition
prize.
7. Notwithstanding that the winner has been declared, if
Apache Pizza discovers before the distribution of the prize
that for any reason under these terms and conditions the
winner should have been ineligible to enter the
competition or if the entry should have been declared
invalid, Apache Pizza reserves the right to determine that
that entry is disqualified.
8. Apache Pizza bears no responsibility for any/all
liabilities however arising in relation to this competition,
including without limitation any personal injury, direct or
indirect loss, or damage arising from this competition.
9. Apache Pizza may not be held liable for any breakdowns,
accidents, faults or technical complications in relation to
this competition. Apache Pizza does not accept any
responsibility for late or lost entries due to delays or
malfunctions of the Internet; misdirected entries; any
problems, delays or technical malfunctions of any
telephone, broadband or other network or of lines,
computer online systems, servers, computers, or other
equipment or software; failure of any entry to be received;
or any damage to the entrants or any other person’s
computer, other equipment or software resulting from
participation in the competition.
10. Apache Pizza reserves the right to amend, withdraw or
terminate the competition or alter the specification of the
competition prize without prior notice.
11. Entrants consent to the disclosure of their name as a
winner (if successful). The winners may be required to

take part in publicity. By accepting the prize, winners grant
Apache Pizza the right to use their information. Apache
Pizza reserves the right to use the information relating to a
winner, including their name and the contents of their
submission, in any publicity in any media. Entrants may be
required to contribute content to the Apache Pizza
Facebook and Instagram pages. This will be subject to
editing and approval by Apache Pizza, proof of copyright
and the furnishing of model releases satisfactory to
Apache Pizza.
12. Entry into the competition will be deemed to be full and
unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions by
the entrant.
13. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or
administered by, or associated with Facebook.com.
14. By entering this competition, each entrant agrees to
release Meta Company and Apache Pizza from any and all
losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind,
either directly or indirectly related to or arising from the
competition or from acceptance, possession, misuse or use
of any prize and fully and effectively indemnifies Apache
Pizza in relation to any third party claims whatsoever and
howsoever arising.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the
laws of Ireland and entrants submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland with respect to any
dispute arising out of or in connection with this
competition.
